Attention Amtrak Passengers:
On Tuesday and Wednesday, September 13 and 14, Cal Poly University will begin their annual Move-In Days. Students moving into the dorms will cause road closures and heavy traffic around the University.
Amtrak Thruway buses outlined below will be unable to access the San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly) stop or PAC Loop between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Expect delays around the University on these days.
September 13: Thruway Buses 4010, 4015, 4761, 4765, 4770, 4784, 4785, 4794, 6238 and 6241
September 14: Thruway Buses 4010, 4015, 4761, 4765, 4784, 4794, 6238 and 6241
Please note: All Thruway service will run normally at Amtrak's San Luis Obispo station stop.

(August 4, Stockton, CA) – Planes, trains, but no automobiles needed for the annual Fall Open Cockpit Day at Castle Air Museum this upcoming Labor Day weekend. Amtrak San Joaquins announced a new partnership with the Castle Air Museum to provide discounted travel fare for the annual event on August 30th from 9-4pm at the Central Valley aviation landmark.

During these curfew hours, only ticketed Amtrak passengers will be permitted entry. All tickets must be purchased before arriving at Union Station and must be presented in either physical or digital form.
